What each perk actually delivers
The tier list above is deliberately short. Here is what each of those lines actually means, with a picture of the thing in question, and the cheapest tier it comes with.

Cash's pasture, the feed pen and the fixed 180° lens, running around the clock. The pasture camera tracks the animals by itself, so there is usually something to watch.
